Handmade Cheese Knife

Cheese Knives are handmade by Kate Small Design in her Deniliquin, NSW workshop.

All knives are handmade using a variety of timber species. Due to them being handmade they are all unique and may vary slightly in colour, grain and shape.

All knives are finished with a food grade mineral oil. 

Size - Approx. 140mm long

Please allow two weeks making time.

WOOD CARE

To ensure your piece has the best life, I recommend only cleaning it with a damp cloth. Never put wooden goods in the dishwasher or leave them soaking in water.

Overtime if your piece is looking a little dull and you want to give it some TLC you can always give it a light sand with 240 grit sand paper and give it a wipe with some oil. I recommend food safe oil such as coconut oil or linseed oil.
